Our Sacramental program is open to children in our parish who are in Year 3 or above, and are baptised Catholics.

 

If you would like your child to receive the Sacraments of Penance, Eucharist and Confirmation but they have not yet been baptised, please contact the Parish Office on 4232 2081 or kiama@dow.org.au to arrange Baptism .

 

The Sacrament of Penance (or First Reconciliation)  is the first Sacrament to be completed, followed by First Holy Communion (Eucharist). These two Sacraments can both be received from Year 3 onwards. They can be celebrated in the same year or in separate years.

Confirmation is celebrated in Year 6, however teenagers in Year 7 and above are most welcome to enrol in the program as well (see note below).

 

If you have a teenager who has been baptised but they have not yet received any other Sacrament, or who has made their First Reconciliation but not yet made their First Holy Communion and Confirmation, please contact the Parish Office to discuss further options.
